Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Due to the nature of our merchandise, we offer exchanges with a full in-house company credit. NO REFUNDS! In-house credits are for product purchase only. IN-HOUSE CREDIT CANNOT BE USED TO PAY FOR CUSTOM WORK OR LAUNDRY SERVICES. For sanitary precautions, there are NO EXCHANGES ON OUR PILLOWS, DOWN PRODUCTS, OR CUSTOM WORK. In-house credit will be issued on items that are exchangeable in direct proportion based on condition of merchandise exchanged, and laundry or restoration charges will be applied in order to restock. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on worn and/or damaged textiles and linens, upon inspection. Should an item(s) be damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within seven business days and the item(s) will be replaced immediately. We appreciate your business.

 

Shipping Policies

Orders ship in 24 hours unless otherwise noted in the items description, or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order needs to be placed by 1pm CT to guarantee orders to ship out same day, this includes expedited orders.

Expedited shipping available 

For expedited orders: we work to process any expedited orders as quickly as possible and will ship via the selected expedited method. 

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (3rd Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

At checkout you will be able to select the option of shipping carrier, either UPS or the United States Postal Service. You may choose to upgrade your shipping service during checkout, for an additional charge.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
